This chair comes stuffed very tightly in its bag upon arrival. I was worried that it would be hard to get back in, but I didn’t have any issue.
I have a similar chair from another maker so I was happy to compare this one that is about half the price. This one is slightly heavier than my other, but it is also a little more sturdy under my 190lb weight. I’m 6’1″ and I find the chair to pretty comfortable. The ideal use for this chair is camping since it makes you want to be next to a fire. The bottle holder hangs just between your knees and works great too.
There are instructions for putting the chair together in the bag, but since the pieces are all attached with bungee cords it’s impossible to put it together wrong. Six of the metal rods are short and two are long. The long ones are obviously the backrest of the chair. The fabric sling seat has re-enforced stitching in the corners where the poles tuck into a slot. I have no doubt that this will hold up to years of wear. Just make sure to slide the storage bag over the back rest bars before you put the seat on.
On a last note, be sure to get up to re-position the chair instead of trying to scoot it forward or side to side. The legs want to sit firmly and trying to move them with weight could harm them.

This is a compact and lightweight chair. You can see the size compared to a standard dining room table chair. It was easy to setup with a little practice in getting the supports in the holes. It appears to be made of a durable fabric and the little holder in the front is nice for pop cans and bottles. I was able to fit my 32oz insulated water bottle in the holder but it was bumping up against the back of my leg when I was sitting down. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because of the feet on the chair. In soft ground those little feet sank in. They really need a swivel foot to increase the surface area.

This camping chair is perfect! I ordered it to use on fishing trips. It’s super light weight and easy to carry to the fishing spot. The chair itself is comfortable and easy to set up.
