I bought 2 of these chairs to take to the Masters tournament because only folding chair without arms are allowed. They were very lightweight and easy to carry, but when it came to setting them up, it was a challenge. It’s not possible to set the frame up and then stretch the fabric over the ends – you have to remove the end of the pole from the hole in the frame, stretch the fabric over it and then try to put it back in the hole. Once assembled, the chair is fairly comfortable for short periods – a few hours without back support would be tough. It’s very easy to disassemble and repack in the carrying case.

Just received this chair. Also bought the way more expensive Helinox chair to compare (pictured on right). Can’t tell a difference between the two, and this chair is over $60 cheaper! Wide enough seat for a female size 10 butt, very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Looking forward to taking this on a backpacking trip. Will update if it doesn’t hold up. Seems sturdy though. Also, this one comes with a little hanging pocket and the Helinox does not. I can’t justify spending so much more $ for the Helinox when this one seems just as good!
