In lieu of multiple spine injuries, I am limited in chair types I use for extended periods of time. Although this one is not cushioned, its design allows repositioning, which ultimately alleviates gravitational pressure off my spine. I can only remain in a certain position for a limited time; the repositioning does help. Overall, the chair is very well-made and sturdy. I appreciate the sun visor, in which it too can be repositioned if needed. Also, the attachable/detachable tray can hold an assortment of things, including tablets and tumblers. Although the chair is completely collapsible, it is, however, a bit heavy. It is portable, but do keep its weight in mind.

This chair is nice when you are outside and want to recline comfortably and chill. I found that the tray attachment is super convenient and has spots for two drinks, an iPad or Kindle, a cell phone, etc. I also like the sunshade, but it’s more efficient in the sitting position vs the reclining position. You can easily opt to sunbathe by flipping the sunshade behind the head of the chair. I love how far back I’m able to recline, but it is kinda hard /awkward trying to get it to do so. I also found it wasn’t very comfortable whenever you were just sitting and not reclining. Might not be well suited to take on the boat at the lake or hiking, etc, as it is large and bulky. I like it overall, so 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if easier to recline and if it was more comfortable in the sitting position.

This chair it’s very comfortable and great to use outdoors. The whole thing seems very sturdy and made out of metal. It reclines great without drama. The main issue is that is bulky and heavy. I would only recommend this if you are using some sort of RV because it doesn’t collapse much and it will take up a lot of space in your vehicle plus is heavy to lift.
